Hi, my name is Effie and I am one of the Foodditive contributors and content writers. I alone have spent over 1500 hours (and I kid you not) researching, collating, and writing the information that you see here today ... and that is just ME! My fellow co-workers have spent tireless days and nights working so we can make sure that the information that we have for you is accurate, up-to-date, and in a format that is easy to understand. We've been very ambitious trying to make the content work for both the web site and the iPhone app, but I think we've succeeded.
